1. Service-Based Refunds

As Wellfare Construction provides customized home construction and design services, refunds are only applicable in situations where:

• Work has not yet commenced after payment.

• There is a clear breach of contract on our part.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@wellfareconstruction.com within 7 working days of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

• Any work already completed or materials purchased for your project are non-refundable.

• Consultancy and design fees once delivered are also non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original mode of payment.

4. Changes to Refund Policy

Wellfare Construction reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on https://wellfareconstruction.com/.
